The Staff Attorney will assist in crafting the Center’s response to community legal needs and will contribute to every facet of the Center’s work, within a safe, dedicated, inclusive work environment and culture. In this role, you will immediately have substantial direct client representation and participate in individual and group litigation in a variety of forums. The Center works in state and federal court as well as an array of administrative forums on behalf of our clients. You will have extensive opportunities to do direct client work, represent clients in court, work with community organizers and hone your research and writing skills with lots of support and supervision. You will have the opportunity to engage policy advocacy and system change work in a variety of ways and in collaboration with broad coalitions in the community.
